Support for a tentative `mnesia:select_reverse` possible?

Hello! I'd like to look into implementing a mnesia:select_reverse re: this GH issue in OTP. I was advised to check here to see if this is something mnesia_rocksdb would be able to support if it were to land in a future OTP release. I'm hopeful it is indeed possible since Mnesia already has a select/1,4, and this would be extending the API to mirror ets:select/ets:select_reverse

mnesia_rocksdb could easily accomodate that. The module mrdb_select currently doesn't implement it, but in the mrdb_index module, there is a fold() function and a rev_fold().
