Country Allocation misrepresents unknown countries

1. Add a €99 holding with unknown country allocation
2. Add a €1 holding with 100% $country allocation

Expected result:
Insights shows 1% $country, 99% unknown

Actual result:
Insight shows 100% $country

Makes me doubt the accuracy of Asset and Sector allocations too.
