How does /learn work?

Thanks for putting this together. I'm mostly interested in just using the /learn skill but wanted to clarify -- it correctly creates new markdown files in .claude/skills/learned but they won't be picked up by future sessions, right? Because each skill should have its own directory?

So is that something up to the end user to determine what is genuinely a useful skill to expand and promote to a "proper" skill?
