Add Shipwright - PM skills, agents, and workflows #925

Hey - wanted to flag a project that might be a good fit for the repo.
Shipwright is an open-source toolkit of PM-focused skills, agents, and workflows for Claude Code (and other AI coding agents). It covers a gap I didn't see represented here: product management frameworks.
What's in it:
- 40 skills covering the full PM lifecycle (discovery, strategy, execution, GTM, measurement, pricing, customer intelligence, technical specs, communication)
- 6 specialized agents (orchestrator, discovery researcher, strategy planner, execution driver, customer intelligence, cross-functional liaison)
- 9 chained workflows (
/discover,/write-prd,/plan-launch,/sprint,/strategy,/pricing,/customer-review,/tech-handoff) - An orchestrator agent that routes work to the right skills/agents based on plain language input
- Skills are based on established PM frameworks (Teresa Torres, Marty Cagan, April Dunford, Amazon Working Backwards, etc.)
