Question: how do you distinguish everything-claude-code from nearby harness/meta-wrapper projects? #957

Hi — I'm researching the emerging harness/meta-wrapper layer forming around coding agents, and everything-claude-code looks like a strong example of a repo that goes beyond a simple prompt pack.

I'm trying to understand how you would distinguish everything-claude-code from nearby projects such as:

  • oh-my-claudecode
  • oh-my-openagent
  • oh-my-codex
  • oh-my-agent
  • SuperClaude Framework
  • claude-code-router

A few concrete questions:

  1. What is the clearest one-line positioning of everything-claude-code today?
  2. Is it best understood as a harness optimization system, skills/rules distribution layer, workflow pack, team standardization layer, or something else?
  3. What should users expect from this repo that they should not expect from the projects above?
  4. Is the main value individual productivity, team reproducibility, or both?
  5. If someone is choosing among these tools, what decision rule would you give them?

The goal is to classify this ecosystem more accurately instead of lumping many distinct approaches into one generic wrapper category.
