You have to memorise the center point of the starting pinch, and set the position when you detect the ACTION_UP of the last finger

In order to test, set the MAX_ZOOM value to a bigger value

when the zoom value is not the minimum,
when we move in the page with the finger, when we move up the finger the move of the view doesn't continue (inertia of movement)
