Add Ruby SDK

Hi folks,

From Buk, we would like to contribute to the AG-UI community and add the Ruby SDK with this PR.

That code is from a Ruby gem (ag-ui-protocol) that we will be publishing in the next few days.

Are you interested in adding the SDK?

Hi @NathanTarbert, of course. I and others developers of Buk maintaining it. The idea is for it to be a collaborative effort.
