allow_auto_create_topics can break testing environments

Short one:
I had some experience recently where automatic kafka topic creation by faststream broke the staging environment.
Usually topic creation is managed by other tools/services. 

Should we make it `allow_auto_create_topics = False` by default to this kind of effects out of the box ?
