Convert ids in specific chunks

Any plans to keep developing this? Really needed tool when a chunk get problems.

If possible it would be nice if you could specify coordinates or a chunk and only replace ID's in that area.

This is useful when a problematic block has been placed and you want to remove that block only and not world-wide.
