Fixing incorrect redirect from the wiki to the website

Thank you for your application, we have started using it in the OpenIPC project
I would like to suggest a small correction on your Wiki page https://github.com/agateau/yokadi/wiki
Currently the link leads to a non-existent subdomain http://yokadi.github.com/
which should probably be corrected to http://yokadi.github.io
