Update 'What's New' section with IdP integration and FGAC

- Add IdP Integration with Amazon Cognito highlighting user and agent identity modes
- Add Fine-Grained Access Control (FGAC) for MCP servers and tools
- Keep existing content while prioritizing new features at the top
- Addresses issue #10
