Different simulation algorithms #2
Description
The tool currently implements only the standard version of Gillespie's algorithm. Other algorithms, like tau-leaping, would be a valuable addition. These could be used either for simply simulating a model, or in inference algorithms when appropriate (eg with ABC), through new configuration arguments.
