Supergrafx 1941 - Counter Attack - graphical weirdness

Steps to reproduce

• Play the Supergrafx version of 1941 - Counter Attack
• Get to the boss at the end of level 1

Expected Behavior

The top of the boss shouldn't pop up from the bottom, like in this video

Actual Behavior

• When the top of the boss goes off the top of the screen, it pops up at the bottom

Comparing the video with what I'm seeing on the Pocket I'm wondering if its an artifact of the Pocket drawing on screen what would normally be off the edges of a CRT

That definitely is an overscan thing. I'll leave this issue open, but it's low priority.
