Show Data on Test Page

As the website administrator, I should be able to view currently stored Dog Park Data
(from Admin Page) that will allow me see all the Dog Parks and their attributes (as specified in Import and Load Data story). 
-- Confirm data stored attributes specified in Import and Load Data story.
– Confirm that page is blank if there is no data stored.
-- Confirm that there are links back to Admin Page.
