Feature request: suport for local Text-to-Speech on localy hosted agnai

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like to completely switch to agnai, but my problem is I like my local high-quality Text-to-Speech, and i dont wanna pay for Eleven Labs to have good tts.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
option to add a local TTS provider like AllTalk V2 or tts web ui for voice generation.
