cache persistency

Path: /tools/caching
1. i added the cache True -- does not seems to work 
2. Not clear how do i see in the logs (debug mode) when the cache is hit, if at all. 
3. i called the agent twice with the same parameter, no indication that the cache is working. Actually i can see that my tool going to external resources and not using the cache
