Direct user to My Content after reference point is submitted

After a reference point is submitted, I like how the app stays on the Add Reference Point page and readies itself for another entry. Let's put a notification after a point is successfully submitted that:

Details for your submitted reference points can be found in My Content.

Either an ephemeral notification that disappears after five or so seconds; or one that the user must click 'x' to close.
