Support Awair Omni Ethernet backpacks

Due to the backplate providing a malformed MIME type (text rather than json), the backpacks cannot be used.

As it's unlikely that the issue will be fixed with the device itself we should attempt a conversion to JSON if a text response is given to allow for the backpacks to work.

Tested with devices and working, but may need some fleshing out.

Hi @ahayworth would it be possible to add a release tag for 0.2.5 please. I've submitted a request on HA for the new release to be integrated but not realised until then that the tag was required and lacking.
