Unable to load class Dvd/Employee

When running both simpleflatwormexample.java or complexflatwormexample

I am getting

[Fatal Error] flatworm-data-description_1_0.dtd:1:3: The markup declarations contained or pointed to by the document type declaration must be well-formed.
com.blackbear.flatworm.errors.FlatwormConfigurationException: The markup declarations contained or pointed to by the document type declaration must be well-formed.

error. When I comment out the <!DOCTYPE.... line from format xml it is overcomed but this time im getting 
`Unable to load class  Dvd`

error. And the app is not starting. Has anyone have this problem as well ?
