Will: * Check if user is logged in * Use `kubectl auth can-i` to check if the user is able to list pods and thus infer that the namespace exists. * Add `oc` and `oc.exe` to list of accepted `kubectl` variants which is pretty common in shops running OpenShift Also adresses ahmetb#19 and relates to ahmetb#236
