Non-async version

Hey, thanks for a great library!

I'm wondering if you've considered a non-async version, so it can be used with usual psycopg without an active event loop?

Just want to hear you thoughts, like would like to have it in general or not.

I hadn't, but I did want to do some updates to it soon. Worth considering for sure.
