Release 3.0.0

I'm preparing a release of the atd packages. The major version increment is due to atdgen i.e. the OCaml code generation no longer supporting the extended syntax for JSON that was using < for variants and ( for tuples. The other backends were not using this syntax and are unaffected by this change. The list of new features and fixes will be part of the release notes found on GitHub under "tags": https://github.com/ahrefs/atd/releases

The successful release is 3.0.1, now available from opam.

Update: well, imminently. It's in opam-repository.
