Prometheus metrics exposed to python

Our team would be slightly interested if we had options to register Prometheus metrics inside the same registry as rust.

This would enable things like:

• faster computation of client side metrics, such as e.g. faster and atomic averaging of last 60s tps. Currently, we can e.g. bucket them, but adding buckets increases cardinality e.g. with labels.
• registration in the same metrics server.
• we can currently scrape one, the python prometheus server or the rust metrics endpoint
• option to spawn the python

It would be great, to have a fast rust thread taking python metrics from a queue (similar to KVEventPublisher), and aggregating them to prometheus.
