Hyperlink Fixes in Table of Contents:
Corrected the internal hyperlinks in the "Table of Contents" for "AI for Data & Database Management" and "MCP Server & Tools" by removing emojis from the href attributes and ensuring exact ID matching, resolving navigation issues.
