refactor(components): move navigation components to dedicated directory
Reorganize component structure by moving navigation-related components from controls/ to a new navigation/ directory:
- BackToNavigation: "back to" link component
- Breadcrumb: breadcrumb navigation component
- RankingMegaMenu: ranking mega menu
- StackMegaMenu: AI Coding Stack mega menu
- PlatformIcons: stays in navigation for consistency with PlatformLinks
This improves code organization by separating navigation components from general UI controls.
