Apply analysis on a metric obtained from operate first

The demo notebooks in the repository experiment with metrics obtained from a public Prometheus instance. Now, since we have access to Operate First data, it makes sense to apply all our learning on that data. As a data scientist, I would like to write a notebook that applies time series analysis and forecasting technique on one of the operate first metrics.
