Unable to create media note

After the recent update, I am unable to create the media note for the video I am watching. Earlier, I had assigned a shortcut to create the media note. Now, I am unable to use that nor create direct media note. Kindly help.

Same issue here. When using the keyboard shortcut that previously worked, now it doesn't create a new note with the timestamp like it used to.

this addon is so weird.
Why is it so hard to create a media note ?

the volume seems to go to max volume when I move the mouse outside the media window.

It's easier to import a text track file than to open a media note.

I had high hopes for this plugin, had no problems supporting it, and it's just not working out.
