capture sending without sample `UUID`

if we have an empty dict here https://github.com/aiidalab/aiidalab-widgets-base/blob/f236dd270e0486f3b101c20585da0d1113e4435b/aiidalab_widgets_base/elns.py#L126 the sending won't work and we need to ask users for the sample UUID
