Add __ABI_MPIABORTFILE__ and possibly other files to the retrieve list

When ABINIT crashes, it might create certain files.

We should at least add these to the retrieve list.
I noticed at least __ABI_MPIABORTFILE__. Probably there are also others? @azadoks do you know which files or can you check and report here?

In the future we might also use these files to detect errors, give more accurate error codes, and possibly implement handlers, but at least retrieving them would avoid losing useful information.

It looks like when run serially, Abinit will write the error messages to the 'log' file (stdout, I assume). When run with MPI, it makes this __ABI_MPIABORTFILE__.

I'd guess that if we also include this, we should be mostly covered.

Also on the topic of handlers, there seems to be some good information in the link above about handling some error cases, for future reference.
