Implement protocols in `aiida-abinit`

The idea of calculation protocols used by `aiida-common-workflows` and `aiida-quantumespresso` is pretty neat, and I think adding this functionality in `aiida-abinit` shouldn't be too complicated given the precedent and should make our lives easier on the common workflows side.
