can't get the reactions of a message

I'm doing like this to get the reactions of a message, but i will get empty collection if the reaction is not cached

There are some checks you must do & try:

1. Update the latest version of discord.js-selfbot-v13.
2. Make sure you put the right msgId.

Before write this Answer, I have tried and all works.

it will log reactions only if I reacted while bot is online.

@ohAlk fetch feature is not supported by api, maybe this is a bug. I will fix it in the next update 😢
