take video or pictures from a channel on another server

How can I make it send the images in the channel on a server I set to the channel on my server that I set, every time a new content is uploaded to that channel, it takes the url of the content and sends it to my server. I'm sorry for my bad english

- First.
You need to define a Channel to send though Client (If you don't want to find Server ID then next to Channel ID e.e).
Client.channels, if the channel you have Set, was not found, you also can try fetch that Channel ID.
Our Dev is really Smart! She make Selfbot fetch All Channels before Client is Ready so don't worry about if Channel not found (Since it not exists).

I don't understand about the conflict in your question.
So if you are meaning to:

1. Get the URL of Message was send in.
   -> Look at Returns of TextChannel.send.
2. Get the Attachments from Message was send in.
   -> The Same with 1 (after get the returns), then look at to Message.attachments.
