How to use proxies to make requests?

i want to use proxy to login into the account and join a server using proxy. how would i do that?

this is what i put in client options

    var agent = HttpsProxyAgent("http://user:password@ip:port");

this does not use the proxy (as my ip got rate limited when trying to mass join servers)

i even tried adding the proxy as string in client options, but as soon as i ran the program, it was not able to login into the tokens (showed the tokens as invalid)

Same question
putting agent in http parameter make no difference as I go to the 2capcha dashbaord to see my IP.
It's still the original IP...
