Accounts getting "reverify" action while doing DMing

Anyone have any tips for how to not get the bot limited while doing mass dms?

I am using randomly generated messages to send to people in the servers and doing massive randomizes delays of ~30 seconds in between each message sent.

It still seems to get the reverify action though after a few minutes. What can I do to prevent this?
