Attempting to close the WebSocket

Is there any option to change the attempts to connect/reconnect to WebSocket?
In my case, when some proxy is not working properly, the WebSocket is trying to connect/reconnect infinitely.

I changed the proxy library and it seems to be working now.
But getting captcha with some action on the token like this #discussion-6089645
For example, using invite in v3 got captcha, but in v2 it didn't (With the same token)
