Can`t catch aiohttp.InvalidURL

I am trying to catch the aiohttp.InvalidURL. It is derived from base ClientError and ValueError, but raises TypeError(not ValueError as I escpected because of being derived)...can not understand where I am wrong. here is smple example:

def foo():
    raise aiohttp.InvalidURL


try:
    foo()
except aiohttp.InvalidURL:
    print('Got it!')
except TypeError:
    print('Fucking TypeError!')

Maybe you need to read the TypeError. :P

foo()
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
  File "<stdin>", line 2, in foo
TypeError: __init__() missing 1 required positional argument: 'url'

Fixed code:

def foo():
    raise aiohttp.InvalidURL("https://invalid.invalid")
