Run experiment under non-root user #71
Description
We need to change the Dockerfile template (backend/app/data/template-Dockerfile) so that it creates a new non-root user. This will not only make these workflows less vulnerable, but also we might not need to specify HF_HOME env variable anymore, as by default the default cache route is set to user's home directory they should have an access to.
