Specify root user and password for MongoDB

We should have our database secured by specifying root username and password within docker compose file for instance.

Hi, I’d like to work on this issue if it’s still open. My plan is to add MongoDB root credentials via environment variables in the docker-compose file (using .env instead of hardcoding), and update the backend connection string accordingly. Please let me know if that approach works or if you prefer a different setup.
