ROS logs to systemd logging

**Behavior observed**
Logs in `systemd` one may by something like
```console
journalctl -u liability
```
are mess and unrelated to ros logs you may find by
```console
tail /var/lib/liability/.ros/log/latest*
```

**Behavior desirable**
Systemd logs for robonomics-related services are the same informative as latest launch ROS logs from `/var/lib/liability/.ros/log/latest*`.
