Fatal error crash in FrameProvider

Hi everyone,

We've encountered a rare fatal error: "HorizonCalendar/FrameProvider.swift:467: Fatal error: Cannot calculate the height of day content if \numberOfWeekRows is <= 0."

This seems to be affecting a small number of users, primarily in Portugal and German locales.

Has anyone encountered this or have insights into what might cause numberOfWeekRows to be zero or negative in these scenarios? Any suggestions for fixes or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
