Can we publish eslint-config-airbnb v19.0.5 please?

I see that some deps were updated including 11f986f and would like to consume these updates without doing an npm override in the repo I am using eslint-config-aribnb in. Could we do a version bump please?

The next release will be a semver-major, and is waiting on me to have time to do further testing.

Is there a particular reason you need v5 of the react-hooks plugin?

v5 (https://github.com/facebook/react/blob/main/packages/eslint-plugin-react-hooks/CHANGELOG.md#500) does add support for eslint v9, not that we are on eslint v9 yet, but we are testing it.

But I was just doing an update for our config that depends on eslint-config-airbnb and saw that I could not update eslint-plugin-react-hooks without forcing it or overriding it. And a force and override not being feasible as our config is used by other repositories.

If eslint 9 is the only reason, then you'd need to wait for our next semver-major anyways, so i'd say just leave the hooks plugin on v4 for now?
