Cache Backend for Iceberg Data Lake Format

Now that PyIceberg supports write operations, and DuckDB has an extension for reading from Iceberg, we could utilize these to build a backend that supports the Iceberg data lake format and it's compatible with most Lakehouses and Cloud Data Warehouse.
