Terraform error with Airbyte OSS

I'm testing the use of airbyte in conjunction with Terraform for a project, however, we are encountering some difficulties in making it work correctly.
We created a source, destination and connection directly on the Airbyte portal, we are using Airbyte OSS, and then everything works. However, when we replicate the same connections in terraform it does not work and gives an error.

We already opened the ports in azure NSG and inside the VM, but the issue continues.
