How to sync partitioned data into a single destination?

I'm working on a mysql to snowflake connection with monthly partitioned tables, I don't see any reference to how to sync for a use case like this, but it's a super common way that data is stored! Can anyone point me in the right direction here, I've spent hours trying to find anything referencing this and just absolutely nothing is available.
