Bring Hubspot settings with Airbyte

Hi!

I'm using Hubspot as a source connector. I would like to retrieve the company currency of the Hubspot I'm integrating with Airbyte. The endpoint to bring that data is "/settings/v3/currencies/company-currency" and the scope for retrieving that kind of information is "settings.currencies.read".

I was trying to find the way to bring that information through Airbyte but I didn't find the way to do it. Does anyone have an idea how to achieve this?
