New Source: Wise

Hi, as I don´t have access to the airbyte docker, and I need urgently a WISE source connector,
I wanted to know if one of the contributors might be interested in creating this connector.
I need to know the timeline, how much time it would take,
and how much it would cost (I need to approve the budget).

The API docs: https://api-docs.transferwise.com/ it´s the live one, not the sandbox!

I want to send the data of the API to Redshift, with S3 staging.
The authentication method would be a Bearer token (I managed to make a call via postman).

Mainly I would need the transfers list: https://api.transferwise.com/v1/transfers
with the start date and end date options..

and the fees (quotes).
