Get response from API of different domain, use it as Parent Stream partition for other stream

Hi, I am using Airbyte Cloud, trying to setup a connector using Connector manifest and Connector builder.

I need to query another API (different domain) with different authentication method, use the result as Parent Stream partition for another stream.

Since it involve two different APIs(different domain), is it able to do that using Connector manifest and Connector builder?
