Keep the same column order when consolidating data using the connectors

Relevant Information

The columns in the source are ordered in a different way than the destination output. This is very discouraging for users as it is hard to quickly validate the data or it would require additional unnecessary treatment downstream.

Although it was originally confirmed on Google Sheets connector this is consistently happening in File, S3, SFTP, Postgres connectors.

I am using Snowflake and S3 as destinations.

Rather than a specific connector solution, a system-wide solution to all connectors in airbyte would be more appropriate.

Related issues: #13700 which concludes this is not a bug and should be considered a feature enhancement.
