Add all available accounts in connector setup for [Google Ads, Facebook Marketing, etc.]

I work at a marketing agencies where we manage hundreds of ad accounts (with new ones created and old ones deleted constantly)

When I set up e.g. a Facebook Marketing source connector I have a to specify which accounts to sync:

Is there any way to just sync all available accounts (which the login for authentication has access to)?
