Change current airbyte to use airbyte/base-normalization:dev docker image how to?

Hi

I have changed transform.py in base normalization folder how to make this changes live with current docker running. I don't see normalization image in docker-compose.yaml file.

I am trying to do it for clickhouse destination connector.
